We have a villa on Cumbrian Lakes Kissimmee, Beazer built them, The Sutherland is a great design and Beazer are OK some of the properties on Cumbrian have had a few problems Roof Leaks, minor cracks poor drains between properties. but overall OK, Check which way the pool faces, if you want sun
you want south, south west or south east. Prices seems good they were costing more than that 3 years ago, but there are some good bargains to be had, A wekiva model on Cumbrian Lakes about $200,000 5 bedroom 2500 sq ft, Take a good look around

Very nice looking house.
Beware of houses built between 2003-2007. Chinese/defective drywall is a huuuuuge problem.
The area is prone to house price droppage and many foreclosures.
It’s not a convenient drive to downtown Orlando. Unemployment is high in the area with most jobs being low wage jobs in tourist/retail type things.
In my opinion, the government/leaders in Central Florida are messed.. especially in Osceola County.
Oh.. and lots of immigrant types in the area.
