lockhart area depending on where is not the best of areas. its a very run down area lots of trailer homes and businesses. there is also lots of railroad to. as for the schools they are ok. as we call an area like that are red necks. i don’t recommend that area for a family.just a little south is the college park area that’s a lot better for family life.
