The website (HOB.com) says they are advanced tickets…
Does anyone know what this means??
The pre-sale is wayyyyy over and I am thinking it means early admission. Not really sure though.

How long does it take for a Short Sale to be assigned to a negotiator?

How long does it normally take for a loan negotiation specialist to be assigned? Be honest. Do you hate seeing a woman mow the lawn?

When I grew up, my two older brothers mowed the lawn with our cranky mower (my father passed when I was young). After they left for school when I was 14, the Italian next door started mowing our lawn without asking. Seeing how bad our mower was, I never much questioned it. Then I went on my way, but when I returned years later, I bought a mower from a garage sale. It wasn’t great.. I had to spray starter fuel in it and it was heavier than average w/o being self propelled like it was supposed to be, but I used it, especially after mom passed before we sold the house.
I stepped aside from the housing bubble insanity which was particularly bad in my honor in Orlando, and didn’t buy yet, so I have this pent up desire to mow a lawn.
No, I don’t want to mow other peoples lawns… cause I know at least a few of you will want to offer :)
But do you hate to see a woman mow?

What’s the probability of a short sale success?

My offer on a short sale was accepted by the seller. The house was on the market as a short sale for about a year in Orlando, FL. The original list price on the house was $70K more than my accepted offer. A day after my offer was accepted my realtor received a call from the seller’s loss mitigation company who informed her that the banks are “slow” and to let me know that it will take 3 – 5 months to close. The seller has only one lien holder. I also placed $1K in escrow. What are my chances of actually closing? Can I rescind my offer if closing isn’t done in 3.5 months? And lastly, what are the banks doing during this 3 – 5 month time frame while the house is vacant and the maintenance is going downhill? Thanks all!

Why are so many people moving to central Florida and so many people moving out of central Florida?
